The owner of the place is dressed up as a Dr... The waitresses are nurses... Skimpy nurses at that... This is what the article was saying about the 8000 calorie burger
You can't say you haven't been warned if you order up a gut busting 8,000-calorie burger meal at the Heart Attack Grill.
If the name of the restaurant isn't enough to make your arteries quiver, the Quadruple Bypass Burger should be all the clues you'll need.
It contains four half-pound beef patties, cheese and bacon and comes with a milkshake containing the world's 'highest butterfat content' (with an extra pat of butter) and 'Flatliner Fries' that are deep-fried in pure lard. Source is dailynews.co.uk
History of How Heart Attack Grill began... Heart Attack Grill was founded in 2005 by Jon Basso with the declared intent of serving "nutritional pornography", food "so bad for you it's shocking". Basso, a former personal fitness trainer and nutritionist, came up with the idea while writing a marketing thesis about fitness training studios. He was intrigued by stories about his clients who were cheating on their diets and decided to open up a restaurant where patrons could come to have fun and leave their clean, healthy lifestyles behind.
The menu includes "Single", "Double", "Triple", and "Quadruple Bypass" hamburgers, ranging from 230 to 910 g of beef, "Flatliner Fries" cooked in pure unadulterated lard, and “ButterFat Shake” with the world’s highest butter fat content, so their website says. The "Quadruple Bypass Burger", the biggest item on the menu, is made of four meat patties totaling 2 pounds, practically a whole tomato and about half an onion, 8 slices of cheese and 16 slices of bacon for a total of 8,000 calories. You can also get Lucky Strike Cigarettes, full surger Coke, beer and candy...

Now what gets me thinking on this is who in their right or left mind would want to even eat this... But then again the lady who is wanting to get to 1600 pounds may want to visit this place everyday since she can eat free... But honestly and it is sad to think that this place is doing good in Las Vegas... I wonder what Dr. Chander or other cardiologists would feel about a place that advertises Heart Attack Burgers and a place worth dying at... I would like to know what Dr. Noordas thoughts are too... Some of the things you will find on their menu are... This is from their home page...
I don't know where to go with my thoughts on this one... When I think of all the lard and fat in the food there... Then I think of why would a food place is promote food that people know will cause a heart attack... Then my last thought is why would people want to eat 8000 calories for one meal... I would think it would be un-nerving to know there is an ambulance on site in case you die or have a heart attack... There are some screwed up people... I know I make some horrible choices... But ugh... I can see maybe a tourist out of curiosity going in or maybe try the place one time... But if they are giving free food to those who are over 350 pounds... What do you want to bet that they go there alot knowing they can eat free...

I think I just threw up a little in my mouth. Gross!
I know... I was shocked when I read that and it is disgusting... Why would someone do that to themselves... and to think a fitness guy started it... I guess he wants to stay in business...
