I am SICK of SPRINT

I am SICK of SPRINT...

Today I go to make a phone call from my cell phone... Guess what! I get a recording that says I am not authorized to make the call. I call them to find out what is going on. They tell me that my nieces cell phone, which is under my account, has internet fees on there and that I have to pay that amount.... Ughhhhhhh. I can't totally blame her though. When we went to get her new phone, and sign the contract, they told us that the plan was unlimited texting and only 450 minutes. She texts more then anything. So people send her pictures and stuff and now the fee is horrible. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't need my phone for business and dr stuff. I should have listened to my brother in law Craig when he said I should get rid of Sprint.... So now I am just ticked off at them.

There was one positive for today. American Idol was on tonight. SO that made life better. But I couldn't call anyone to get their feedback as I was laughing at the auditions. They were funny and sad and good talent.

Go with Verizon and check out their prices and se if the can help you. they may be able to even help with Bridgettes phone and get her a good deal.

Unfortunately I am locked into a contract with them. If I cancel it there is a 250.00 fee for doing that for each phone. I like my plane, but Bridgette's has so many hidden charges. They tick me off big time.
I might have to check into them later though. Or if there is a way I can get out of Bridgette's earlier I will. I do like my unlimited incoming, outgoing and everything else on my phone. See ya later today...

With Verizon when someone sends you images, it still comes in as a text or SMS message and you don't have to go on the internet.

After a few months of Mike and I being on the same phone plan, he finally decided to get rid of his Sprint phone. He called them and they lowered his monthly cost (for more minutes), gave him unlimited internet and all these other deals for....around 100 dollars instead of 200 (or whatever all those other features would have cost him). After that, he sold it to a friend who was looking for a phone.

Anyway, I think Verizon is superior, but thats my opinion. Let me know if you decide to change...

The plan i have on my phone is the unlimited for 99.00 a month. Bridgettes is like 20.00 for unlimited texting and 39.95 for the basic plan. But hers is costing more then mine, by like double. I did call them and try to get them to take those charges off. But it was a no go. So now I owe 269.00. So I am not a happy camper. I will have to go look into some of the Verizon plans. But I think I have to stay with Sprint or pay the 250.00 early cancellation penalty. Boy oh Boy....

BTW, how is Mike doing? Is he any better?

I don't want to say I told you so but I told you, I told you, I told you! Should have changed when you had the chance. I love you though. :)

Yeah, I was told, but you all know me, I will do something stupid.

I called them again, they did turn the phones back on after about 5 different calls. Then I got this one person who told me that because of the plan we signed Bridgette up on her phone, that's why each month is so much. I didn't know what they were talking about since I just got her basic. Instead they made it to where she can accept pictures and get on the internet, and of course it charges each time you do that. I told them when we signed up, we told them no features but basic 450 minutes and unlimited texting. She texts everyone. So they took that off and I am hoping they take the charges off for that since we didn't sign up for them. Ughhh, just another day fighting Sprint...

P.S. If I die from stress, I think they should put in my obituary that Sprint was the cause of undue stress, lol
