Sorry I haven't posted this week... I haven't been feeling too good and then I get too much of a pain medicine that knocked me out a couple days... I am still pretty out of it from that... I would prefer to hurt than to not be able to function...
I usually have a harder time in the summer because of the heat and my muscles do NOT like the heat at all... So I have a feeling this summer is not going to be a good one...
There are a few things I would like to vent over, but can't since it is family and family reads my blog... But God knows what I am thinking and a few other friends that I vent too... So thanks to those who let me vent...
Then Jessica and JJ are sick... I am hoping I don't get what they got since they were here yesterday and they are both throwing up and had a bad night... Not sure I would or could handle that since I have been having alot of my own issues going on... I feel worse when it is little kids that are sick... They can't understand why they feel so yucky...
This is 4th of July weekend and Chuck is going to be home most of it... I have a heck of a honey do list for him, lol... He just doesn't know it yet... But he will be informed here in about 30 minutes when he comes home...
(from History.com Website)Variously known as the Fourth of July and Independence Day, July 4th has been a federal holiday in the United States since 1941, but the tradition of Independence Day celebrations goes back to the 18th century and the American Revolution (1775-83). In June 1776, representatives of the 13 colonies then fighting in the revolutionary struggle weighed a resolution that would declare their independence from Great Britain. On July 2nd, the Continental Congress voted in favor of independence, and two days later its delegates adopted the Declaration of Independence, a historic document drafted by Thomas Jefferson. From 1776 until the present day, July 4th has been celebrated as the birth of American independence, with typical festivities ranging from fireworks, parades and concerts to more casual family gatherings and barbecues.
Thanks to all who fought for our freedoms and gave their lives so we could have a better life...
Ok... now I am done with this post and going to go back to lay down... Have a great 4th of July weekend everyone... I will be posting this weekend I am sure...
